Yaki Udon
It is the recipe of delicious fried wheat noodles.Fry it in order of vegetables, pork,Udon.
Season it with seasoning.
I cooked it with the point to make Yaki soba.

| pork | 40 g (1.4 oz) |
| cabbage | 1 leaf |
| carrot | 1/8 |
| onion | 1/8 |
| salt and pepper | dash |
| seasoning | |
| ├Shaoxing wine | 1 tablespoon |
| ├worcestershire sauce | 1 tablespoon |
| ├oyster sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| └soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
| dried green nori flakes | adjust to suit your needs |
| dried bonito flakes | adjust to suit your needs |
Recipe

Cut cabbage.
Cut a carrot into fine strips.
Cut an onion.
Cut slices of pork into bite-size chunks.
Put seasonings together.
Heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan.Put an udon ball and untie it and fry it.
Take out udon.
Add some oil to a frying pan.Put pork slice and fry.Add vegetables and saute.Salt and pepper to taste.
Put the udon which you fried.
Put seasoning.
Strew the surface with sliced dried bonito and aonori-ko.
