├garlic | 1 clove |
├salt and pepper | dash |
├catsup (ketchup) | 2 tablespoons |
├worcestershire sauce | 1/2 tablespoons |
├soy sauce | 1/2 tablespoons |
└chili powder | to taste |
tomato | 1 (small) |
iceberg lettuce | 3 leaves |
cheddar cheese | adjust to suit your needs |
cooked white rice | 2 bowls |
salad oil | adjust to suit your needs |
Recipe
Shred the lettuce wide.
Slice cheddar cheese to 5 mm width.
Dice a tomato.
Mince garlic and onion.
【Making taco-meat 5~9】
Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the garlic.
Add onion when you can smell the garlic and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Add mixture of ground beef and pork, and salt and pepper when the color changes.
If there are a lot of meat juice in the frying pan, remove it with kitchen paper. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce.
Add chili powder and stir fry until the milk runs out.This is the completion of the Taco-meat.
Also serve rice with dishes, Put in order of cheese, lettuce, taco-meat, tomato and cheese on rice.
