|├water||80 cc (2.72 fl oz)|
|├soy sauce||1 tablespoon|
|└watered katakuri starch||1/2 tablespoons|
|sesame oil||1/2 tablespoons|
Shred the cucumbers.
Shred the Japanese leek and expose it water. Then put it up to a colander and drain with kitchen paper.This is called Siraganegi.
Garlic and leftover Japanese leek are finely chopped.chop coarsely bamboo shoot.
Adjust the combined seasoning.
Heat salad oil in frying pan with low heat.Put garlic,douban jiang and stir fry.
When fragrance begins, turn on high heat and add ground pork.
When cooked through, Put on bamboo shoots,Japanese leek and fry them.
Add a combined seasoning and mix with medium heat.
Stir-fry until everything is heated through and thickening. Stop the fire and sprinkle 1/２ tbsp of sesame oil.
Boil the noodles in boiling water.
