|INGREDIENTS （For one serving）|
|chicken thigh||1/2 pieces|
|cooked white rice||3/5 bowls|
|scallion||adjust to suit your needs|
|├chicken bone soup stock (powder, cube or paste)||1/2 teaspoons|
|└soy sauce||1/2 teaspoons|
Cut scallion short.
Cut the chicken thigh in 1.5 cm square.
Boil hot water in the pan and put chicken thighs.
Remove the lye and add the seasoning.
Put cooked white rice and simmer a little(If the water is insufficient, add it).
Pour the melted egg and mix lightly.
To serve and Scatter the scallion and shake the shrimp with your choice.
