beef round | 300 kg (661.5 lb) |
salt | 1/3 teaspoons |
black pepper | 1/3 teaspoons |
sauce | |
├mayonnaise | 2 tablespoons |
├whole grain mustard | 2 tablespoons |
└caper | 1 tablespoon |
salad oil | adjust to suit your needs |
Recipe
Coat beef round with salt and black pepper.Let it be at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
Heat the frying pan with the salad oil and bake the beef.
Grill the side well and bake evenly until dark browning on the whole is made.
After baking, put it on the baking tray with the oven sheet laid.
Put in an oven at 180 ℃ and bake for about 12 minutes.
Remove the roasted beef and put it on the net.
