Carrot Soup

water | 150 cc (5.1 fl oz) |
milk | 200 cc (6.8 fl oz) |
chicken soup stock (powder or cube) | 1/4 teaspoons |
chopped fresh parsley | adjust to suit your taste |
Recipe
Peel the carrot with peeler and slice the them for easy frying.
Slice the onions as well.
Slice tomatoes into wedges and peel those peels.
Remove seeds with a spoon or the like.
Put butter and onions in a pan and stir fry.
If the onions are smooth, add the carrot and stir fry further.
Put tomatoes. Shake salt and pepper and stir fry.
Pour water into the pan. Boil until the carrot softens at medium and low heat.
Put it in the blender.
Return to the pot and add the milk.
Heat with a low heat. Add chicken soup stock, salt, pepper and taste.
