black soy beans | 100 g (3.5 oz) |
baking soda | 1/2 teaspoons |
seasoning | |
├sugar | 80 g (2.8 oz) |
└salt | 1/2 teaspoons |
soy sauce | 1/2 teaspoons |
Recipe
Wash black beans with water and drain off it by strainer.
Add 600 cc of water and seasoning to the pan and boil.Stop the fire, put black soybeans, baking soda and leave as it is for one night.
When the next day comes, Boil it. Take the low heat and take the lye in the pot.
Place the falling lid and simmer for about 2 hours. On the way, do not put black beans out of the surface of the broth, add water.
Add soy sauce and cook for a while, then stop the fire.
After cooling down, transfer to a storage container.
